I will be relocating to the Netherlands and expect a higher income shortly. To provide additional security, I am able to pay up to 6 months of rent in advance and can also provide proof of sufficient savings. And I’m looking for a place where I can live for a year. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed. Mijn naam is Michelle en zoals je kon lezen zijn eigenschappen die mij kenmerken: enthousiast, perfectionistisch en gedreven. Die eigenschappen komen terug in mijn hobby's: toneelspelen, regisseren, wandelingetjes in de zon óf de regen, muziek maken en zelfs in de vrolijke latte art waar ik hard mijn best op doe tijdens mijn bijbaan als barista. Ik studeer Dramatherapie aan De HAN in Nijmegen en komend jaar start ik met een stage in Enschede, daarom ben ik opzoek naar een plekje dat ik een beetje als thuis kan laten voelen. Ik geniet van de verbinding met mensen om mij heen: samen een theetje drinken, een spelletje spelen of muziek maken. Ik zoek een plek waar hier zo nu en dan ruimte voor is. Geen druk studentenhuis met voortdurend feestjes, maar wel een gezellige en schone omgeving waar ruimte is voor contact en waar iedereen zijn eigen gang kan gaan.
