My name is Rui Marques, I am Portuguese and 25 years old. I am looking for a studio/apartment/house for me and my girlfriend, Joana Ferreira, Portuguese and also 25 years old.  Both of us are doing our PhD in Cancer Researcher in Portugal, together with the Leiden University Medical Center. Our monthly payment is provided by the Foundation for Science and Technology, which is the government entity in Portugal responsible for paying PhD students. Each of us earns 2218€ per month, with also a first additional income for housing deposits and travel. We can provide the needed documents to prove this. Both of us are well humored, calm, organized and unproblematic people. We both give a lot of importance to a clean, organized and quiet home.We enjoy hanging out and getting to know new places, go on walks and participate in the community around us but also enjoy cozy days at home watching movies and TV shows. I must add that I have already lived in Leiden for 6 months from july to december 2025 (I can also send proof of this and provide contact of my previous landlords ). This gives me already a notion of what it is like living in the Netherlands. Additionally we have 2 small dogs. Well behaved, trained and used to live indoors. Because of that we are open to pay a caution of value that you see fit. To show you we are serious in staying in the Netherlands and that we are able to deal with rental we are open to pay upfront X months of rent (depending on the rent amount). We can move in on the first weeks of March. As we are in Portugal currently we are not able to visit the apartment. If it is possible it would be ideal if we could do the visit via videocall or by sending a friend to see the house for us. We are open to any questions you may have.

Goedendag allemaal, Ik ben opzoek naar een plekje waar ik kan gaan wonen zodra ik begin met mn studie natuur en bosbeheer bij van yuverta in het jaar 2026 op 1 september. Over mij: Nou, ik ben dus Nout, 21 jaar oud. Ik woon op dit moment zelfstandig op mn eigen verdieping boven mn oma en opa in hoofddorp. Dit bevalt me goed maar ligt toch een beetje uit de buurt van Velp. Ik hou van kickboksen, tekenen, schrijven, lezen en knutselen. Ook ben ik erg geïnteresseerd in geologie en ecologie. Vandaar dat ik de opleiding bos en natuurbeheer ga doen. Nog belangrijk om te weten is dat ik autist ben en soms een beetje apart overkom, maar ben wel heel leuk hoor. Wat zoek ik: Ik ben opzoek naar een kamer met gezellige huisgenoten met goed humeur maar die ook elkaar in hun eigen waarde kunnen laten. Huisdieren vind ik gezellig maar zijn geen voorwaarde en roken maakt mij niet zo veel uit, doe het alleen zelf niet. Zelf kan ik zowel sociaal als heel rustig zijn, ligt een beetje aan de behoefte van de ander.

Vanwege het uit elkaar gaan na relatie na 14 jaar op zoek naar (tijdelijke) woonruimte. Dit mag zowel gestoffeerd als gemeubileerd zijn. Het liefst in de regio IJsselstein, Nieuwegein, Utrecht, met uitwijk naar max 20 km hier vanaf. Ik heb een zoontje van 1,5 en een hond, beide zullen niet de gehele tijd bij mij verblijven maar met een regeling, om de week of andere afspraak. Hoi, Ik ben Matthijs (18 (bijna 19)) en studeer natuurlijk in Utrecht en zit daarbij in mijn eerste jaar. Ik doe de studie Informatiekunde en werk ook nog. Ik houd ervan om te gymmen, maar ook wel is de week te breken met een biertje met vrienden of een festivalletje. Een grote inkomstenbron is ook DUO, waar ik uitwonend rond de 650 euro krijg. Ik heb al 2 maanden in me eentje gewoond in Amersfoort, waar ik nu ook nog woon en ben ook wel netjes en schoon zou ik zelf zeggen (en m’n moeder ook). Het lijkt me heel leuk om dan toch echt het studentenleven in Utrecht mee te maken en er ook echt te wonen!
