After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. In the country, I worked as a textile engineer (pattern maker), and my husband in the electrical engineering field. Currently, we both have secure jobs here in Groningen, providing us with a stable income to comfortably cover our rent and living expenses. We are very quiet, non-smoking people who value cleanliness and order. We have a great track record as renters, with positive experiences living in shared environments, and we never receive complaints. We are currently staying with friends until the end of July. They are incredibly happy with how we care for their space (and their cats!), and we can gladly provide their reference if needed.. Regarding the accommodation you offer, we think it is exactly what we are looking for. A lot of the accommodation in the Netherlands is rooms in student houses, and does not accept working people. So we are looking for a quiet studio or apartment, where we can rest, cook after a day of work, and study (we are learning English and Dutch at the moment). Nothing more. The size of the space is really irrelevant to us, and as long as it is okay with you, we are perfect to live together in this space. We have lived in small spaces all our lives.
