I’m moving to Amsterdam in September for a one-year Erasmus internship/thesis project at Amsterdam UMC, as part of my master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable place where I can focus on my thesis, keep a stable routine and feel at home. Although I am still a student, my daily routine in Amsterdam will be similar to a working schedule, since I will be carrying out my thesis in a research centre. I also intend to find a part-time job once I move there, as working alongside my studies has been part of my life for several years. I have lived independently before, so I know how important it is to take good care of a home. I’m very clean, organized, calm and respectful. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets and I don’t have noisy habits. I’m communicative, friendly and open to trying new things, but I also really respect other people’s space and routines. I’m comfortable speaking English, especially because I have already lived abroad before. My parents will financially support me during my stay, and I can provide proof of funds, a guarantor statement, proof of enrolment or my Amsterdam UMC acceptance letter if needed.
