In my free time, I love being active, I enjoy dancing and training, which helps me stay energized. I’m looking for a quiet studio where I can focus on my studies. I am a non-smoker, I don’t have any pets, I highly value cleanliness and am quite organized. I have a stable financial situation, with parental support and sufficient savings, and I am fully prepared to meet all rental obligations on time, ready to work alongside studies. I am planning to stay long-term (at least 12 months or more), and I would treat the apartment with great care, as if it were my own home.
