Ik ben Khizar, 27 jaar en werk fulltime in compliance in Utrecht. Ik ben onlangs afgestudeerd aan mijn master en zoek een stabiele, langdurige woonplek. Ik ben rustig, netjes en zorg altijd goed voor een woning. Ik heb mijn eigen sociale leven buiten het huis en ben thuis gewoon rustig aanwezig. Geen feestjes, geen overlast. Ik heb zowel zelfstandig als in gedeelde woningen gewoond en laat een plek altijd in goede staat achter. Ik kan referenties van vorige verhuurders aanleveren. Ik leer actief Nederlands, ik volg een cursus en oefen het dagelijks in gesprekken, puur omdat ik het leuk vind. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing maar een plek waar ik me echt kan settelen.

Ik ben een student Elektrotechniek in Groningen. Ik ben niet heel erg actief, ik vindt het leuk om eens een keer wat gezelligs te doen maar vindt mijn eigen rust/privé leven minstens net zo belangrijk. ik drink, rook en gebruik niks en houdt niet echt van feesten. Met mensen waar ik goed mee om kan gaan doe ik graag activiteit zoals een dagje weg, bowlen en veel andere activiteiten.
