About to graduate from my master's, looking for a house to move in July.

Mijn naam is Mila, ik ben 19 jaar en ga na de zomer starten met de Johan Cruijff college voor topsporters. Ik ben nl actief als topsporter: ik speel handbal op hoog niveau. Om die reden ga ik nu verhuizen naar Eindhoven om bij PSV te handballen op hoogste niveau. Dit betekent dat ik veel tijd investeer in trainingen, wedstrijden en reizen – een intensief, maar waardevol bestaan. Juist daarom ben ik op zoek naar een rustige, veilige plek die ik mijn eigen kan noemen. Een plek waar ik me kan terugtrekken, tot rust kan komen en me volledig kan richten op mijn sport en studie. In deze overvolle woningmarkt is dat niet vanzelfsprekend, en daarom hoop ik oprecht dat ik voor een studio in aanmerking mag komen. U kunt van mij iemand verwachten die verantwoordelijk, zelfstandig en respectvol omgaat met de woonruimte. Door mijn topsportachtergrond ben ik gewend om gestructureerd te leven, zuinig te zijn op mijn omgeving en afspraken na te komen. Daarnaast zijn mijn ouders volledig bereid om financieel garant te staan voor de huur en alle bijbehorende verplichtingen. Dit biedt extra zekerheid dat u zich als verhuurder geen zorgen hoeft te maken over tijdige betalingen of verantwoordelijkheden. Ik zou het enorm waarderen als u mijn aanvraag serieus in overweging wilt nemen. Een studio zou voor mij een waardevolle basis zijn om mijn doelen als student én sporter verder na te kunnen streven. Ik zoek een woonruimte in of in de omgeving van Leiden, het liefst voor een langere periode (minimaal 1 jaar). Aangezien ik nog niet in Nederland woon is het belangrijk dat ik me officieel kan inschrijven op het adres. Mijn budget is maximaal €1300 voor een appartement en maximaal €700 voor een kamer in een gedeelde woning. Ik ben eventueel ook geïnteresseerd in een appartement met twee slaapkamers, aangezien ik dat zou kunnen huren samen met een andere promovendus. Ons gezamenlijke budget hiervoor is onderhandelbaar. Qua verhuisdatum ben ik flexibel vanaf augustus tot uiterlijk 1 oktober. Kort over mezelf: Ik ben een vriendelijk, net en erg georganiseerd persoon, en ook vrij introvert (maar zeker niet antisociaal). Ik rook niet en ik heb geen huisdieren. Het is belangrijk voor mij om een ontspannen sfeer thuis te hebben zodat ik kan bijkomen na een lange werkdag. Ik woon momenteel in een gedeelde studentenwoning en ben dus al bekend met de gang van zaken. Buiten het lab houd ik erg van creativiteit, vooral van schilderen, breien en naaien. I am looking for a place to stay, ideally long-term (at least 1 year), in Leiden or the surrounding towns, with these parameters: Non-negotiable: registration should be possible.
