I'm a 24 year old masters and PhD student at the Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA). I originally come from the northern country side of Germany and love being outside, going out with friends, and also just having some time for myself reading or writing. I'm studying and working on my research most of the time and I found cooking to be a really nice break from that and like to try new recipes. I have a long-distance girlfriend back home that I see once or twice a month. Either she comes visiting me, or I visit her. I am really into music and used to sing, play piano and perform a lot, unfortunately I haven't been able to do that in Amsterdam yet, leaving my skills a little rusty. In general, I am a kind, caring, and attentive person that likes to be clean, organised and structured. Nevertheless, I am always down for a good time and gaining new experiences :). I am looking for an apartment or room with tidy and like minded roommates to stay in and around Amsterdam.

Ik ben een enthousiaste meid van 17 jaar die klaar is voor nieuwe avonturen. Ik woon op dit moment nog thuis maar wil graag uit huis, mijn ouders hebben een oud huis aardig ver van de stad, wat op dit moment verbouwd wordt. Hier en daar een feestje vind ik zeker leuk, maar rustige avondjes op de bank vind ik ook heel chill. Ik doe aan kunstschaatsen waarvoor ik 5x in de week train, andere hobby’s/dingen die ik leuk vind om te doen zijn afspreken met vriendinnen (shoppen, naar de film, terrasjes) of een keer padellen of tennissen vind ik ook heel leuk. Komend schooljaar heb ik een tussenjaar waarin ik mijn deelcertificaat voor wiskunde B ga halen bij de VAVO en wil uitzoeken wat voor studie ik wil gaan doen.

Wij zijn Thomas en Tosca, Thomas werkt als boomverzorger en Tosca werkt als theaterprogrammeur. Beiden op vast contract! ;) We houden van de natuur, van heel lekker eten maken van die natuur, van mooie kunst zien, van zorgen voor je medemens. Thomas is half Italiaans en neemt die roots mee (die uiten zich vooral in lekker willen eten en heel lang in het Italiaans kletsen met zijn moeder). Tosca werkt ook als theater educator en komt vaak thuis met aandoenlijke verhalen over lieve en onhandige leerlingen. We zijn na anderhalf jaar tijdelijke verhuur op zoek naar een fijn nestje om eigen te maken, om door te kunnen kletsen, mooie plannen te kunnen maken, en af en toe een dinertje voor vrienden (en onbekenden!) te organiseren!
