I am a introvert who likes a clean enviromnent to keep my mind straight. I'm a responsible tenant, a non-smoker. I am able to pay rent upfront for the full rental period if needed. I have a 2-year-old indoor Siamese cat named Lulu. He is neutered, litter-trained, vaccinated, microchipped, and registered in the Netherlands. He is well-behaved. I am happy to pay a pet deposit or any additional fees if required.
