About us: Hi! We are Sara (23) and Tim (22). From mid-August through the end of February, we will be living and working in the Amsterdam/Haarlem area for our internships. Because of this, we are looking for a nice, fully furnished place to stay for these 6 months. What we are like as tenants: Clean & Respectful: We value a tidy and well-maintained living space. We are non-smokers and have no pets. Financially Secure: As we are undertaking internships, our parents act as full financial guarantors for the rent. Payments will always be prompt and reliable. Busy during the week: We will spend most of our time at our internships and studying, so we are looking for a comfortable, quiet place to relax after a busy day. We take great care of the spaces we live in and treat everything with respect. If you have a suitable studio, apartment, or place available for us, we would love to hear from you! My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. Please, kindly see attached their introduction letter. I also uploaded a photo of them. As parent, I fully understand that renting to international students requires trust. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. We are financially able and willing to support our daughter and Andor for the duration of their studies. Upon request, we can provide proof of income, employment, parental financial guarantee or any other documentation reasonably required by the landlord or by you as letting agency. If a tenancy agreement is reached, we can also arrange payment of the security deposit and the first month’s rent without delay. Our sincere intention is to establish a transparent, reliable and long-term relationship with the landlord. We highly value clear communication and the proper care of the property.
