I am employed full-time with a gross monthly salary of €3,000. My partner is also employed in her home country and has the possibility of receiving a contract from my current employer once she arrives, as new positions will be opening early next year. We also have a guarantor who can support us during the first months if necessary. We are a calm, tidy and responsible couple. We don’t smoke, we have no pets, and we can provide proof of income and references if required. We are looking for a rental period of at least six months, but we are open to shorter stays as well. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar.
