My girlfriend has been working at a Big4 Company since 2023, and will start her master at Erasmus University of Rotterdam in September this year. I did my bachelor's degree at TU Eindhoven (2019-2023). During that period, I stayed in a studio at XIOR Student Housing, and my parents helped me pay a rent ranging from €725(2019) - €802(2023/2024) excluding G/W/E. I myself can provide sufficient invoices and evidence that the rent was always paid on time without any delays. Thus, you will have no problems with this matter since we are able to provide guarantors as well. Furthermore, we will also receive student finance once the new academic year starts (in September).
