I'm looking for a stable, long-term room where I can settle in comfortably for the duration of my studies. I'd describe myself as calm, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and other people's privacy. My days are mostly structured around lectures, studying, and personal coding projects — I'm not someone who throws parties or makes a lot of noise, however in my free time I do enjoy bouldering, running, or hanging out with friends to stay active. I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I'm happy to furnish the room myself if needed, and I have no issue sharing kitchen, bathroom, or other common facilities with housemates. I can provide proof of enrollment at TU/e, a parental guarantee, and proof of financial support if needed. Paying rent on time and taking good care of the property are very important to me, as I want this to be a place I can live peacefully in during my studies. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
