Hello! My name is Balázs Böjthy, I’m a 23-year-old Hungarian student, and I am currently studying Political Science at the UvA. I expect to graduate in July of next year, so I would be interested in renting the room at least until the 31st of June 2026. I have been living in Leiden for the past 2 years, but I broke up with my partner and therefore I am looking to move away as soon as possible. Preferably to a cozy room in Amsterdam or the surrounding area. A bit about me: I am finishing my Political Science bachelor this semester, but I decided to extend my studies and do an Economics related minor, which takes 1 year to complete. Aside from studying, I work in a traditional Dutch Cheese store (I can always bring some nice cheeses for you). I am also part of a the student association called AEGEE. I’ve also been volunteering at an NGO specialized in the prevention of labor exploitation of immigrant workers called Fairwork. I’m a quiet, calm, and tidy person who has lived in a small town called Sopron in Hungary most of his life and has been living in the Netherlands for the past two years already. I would like to move to Amsterdam or at least closer to the city. This is because I think it is an amazing place, and my job and my school are there. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, I pay the rent on time, I have a stable job and income, and I always respect any set rules. Aside from what I mentioned before, I enjoy watching movies, taking care of plants, hiking, biking and traveling in my free time. Hallo, I am Prathik from India. I got confirmation from UvA - University Of Amsterdam in March reg. my conditional acceptance into MSc Software Engg at UvA. Nice to meet you! I am married. But, for now, I will be coming alone to do the Masters, which is of 1 year and I am looking for a room with registration available. Please confirm me regarding this. I am looking for a room and especially it's location should be near UvA. I am expecting to be in Amsterdam by July as my coursework starts by 1st September. I am also willing to pay 1 month of rent advance (July) in case I reach there by August. I can pay it as a part of Deposit when I eventually reach there. I currently work as a Software Engineer and have a remote job going...which I will continue even after reaching NL as well. I will be able to afford the rent that you have mentioned and wont bother you with late payments at all.
