Hello there! I'm Samuel, 26yo expat from Italy. I've been living in Amsterdam for the past 2.5 years and I'm now looking for a place to move in starting May or June 2024. I work part-time in a restaurant and I'm also a musician, so in my free time I usually work on my music - but I promise I don't make a lot of noise! :) I'm a very chill person and I get along with basically everyone. Keeping things neat and tidy comes naturally to me; cleanliness is key to a harmonious living space, after all! I hope you can help me find a room, I'm looking forward to meeting you :)

I am 25 years old and currently completing a 2-year master in sustainable development at UU. I am German-American, and have lived in the Netherlands for some time now as I completed my bachelors in Groningen. Some of my interests include bouldering, running, swimming and boardgames (Catan). I particularly am interested in Arctic studies and also the environment. I am currently also doing a part-time job as assistant researcher and also an extra-curricular academic program alongside my masters so I am organised and hard working. I like to keep my spaces clean, not too loud and am very respectful to the needs of others whom with I'm living. I like to think of my home as the place I come to relax.

Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. I am a 29 year old girl from Serbia, been living here since April 2022, although Amsterdam was my favorite city since I first moved here for two years before the pandemic. I work in the heart of Amsterdam at one of the leading hotels and will be starting my Dutch language courses in a few weeks time in order to finally be able to maintain a longer conversation in het Nederlands. Furthermore, I like hiding in my own little bubble, but once in a while I am definitely open to leave it behind for a night out at a drum and bass festival to enjoy my favorite music genre. Ik kom uit een dorp bij Tilburg, maar ben inmiddels bijna een half jaar woonachtig in Nijmegen. Ik woon nu tijdelijk samen met twee andere studenten in een gedeeld appartement bij SSHN. Hierna ben ik weer opzoek naar een plekje in een gezellig huis waarin iedereen ook fijn zijn eigen ding kan doen.
