Hello, my name is Panay Dhara. I am a student from Luxembourg with a strong interest in music and engineering. I play the drums and am involved in several music projects and bands, so I am usually active and social. I will be starting the Bachelor’s programme in Mechanical Engineering at University of Twente. I am looking for a welcoming student house where people enjoy spending time together, cooking, and having a good atmosphere, while also respecting each other’s personal space. I am tidy, enjoy helping around the house, and do not mind doing dishes or helping with small maintenance and odd jobs when needed. Although I am a drummer and very passionate about music, I am respectful of shared spaces and noise levels. I understand the importance of keeping a comfortable environment for everyone and would never play loud music or disturb others in the house.

Aangezien ik nog niet in Nederland woon is het belangrijk dat ik me officieel kan inschrijven op het adres. Mijn budget is maximaal €1300 voor een appartement en maximaal €700 voor een kamer in een gedeelde woning. Ik ben eventueel ook geïnteresseerd in een appartement met twee slaapkamers, aangezien ik dat zou kunnen huren samen met een andere promovendus. Ons gezamenlijke budget hiervoor is onderhandelbaar. Qua verhuisdatum ben ik flexibel vanaf augustus tot uiterlijk 1 oktober. Kort over mezelf: Ik ben een vriendelijk, net en erg georganiseerd persoon, en ook vrij introvert (maar zeker niet antisociaal). Ik rook niet en ik heb geen huisdieren. Het is belangrijk voor mij om een ontspannen sfeer thuis te hebben zodat ik kan bijkomen na een lange werkdag. Ik woon momenteel in een gedeelde studentenwoning en ben dus al bekend met de gang van zaken. Buiten het lab houd ik erg van creativiteit, vooral van schilderen, breien en naaien. Verder sport, lees en bak ik graag. Ik spreek vloeiend Hongaars en Engels en goed genoeg Zweeds om gesprekken te houden. --- 🇬🇧 My name is Kinga, I am 25 years old and was born and raised in Hungary. Two years ago I moved to Gothenburg in Sweden for my master's degree. Now it's time for another move, as I'm starting my PhD in Physical Chemistry at Leiden University this autumn. My position is fully funded, so I am getting a monthly salary for the entirety of my doctorate. I am looking for a place to stay, ideally long-term (at least 1 year), in Leiden or the surrounding towns, with these parameters: Non-negotiable: registration should be possible. I'll be studying English language and culture and I plan to focus on my studies while I explore my surroundings and meet new people, I also have working experience and plan on working part-time besides my studies.
