Wij zien onszelf als verantwoordelijke huurders: netjes, rustig en niet-rokers, met veel respect voor onze woonomgeving en onze buren. Financieel zijn wij stabiel en goed in staat om aan onze huurverplichtingen te voldoen. Wij kunnen desgewenst inkomensbewijzen, referenties en een borg verstrekken, en zijn ook bereid huur vooruit te betalen. Daarnaast kunnen wij Nederlandse garantstellers aanleveren.
