Hi! I’m Hannes - 22-year-old product designer from Bavaria (near Munich, Germany) and I will start my Master’s at TU Delft 1st of September. I’m currently looking for a room in a shared flat from August / mid-August, and I plan to stay in Delft for around 2 years for my Master’s. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Technical Design and I’m very passionate about design, furniture, and DIY projects. I have my own 3D printer and really enjoy building and creating things. I’m also very into sports. I played ice hockey for many years at a high level, and nowadays I love road cycling, mountain biking, going to the gym, and skiing. Even though I love the mountains, I’m really excited about living in the Netherlands and especially looking forward to cycling here – I even have a few vintage road bikes :) As a person, I’m clean, disciplined, and respectful in shared spaces. I like to keep things organized and comfortable for everyone. At the same time, I’m social and enjoy student life. I like going out (especially techno and different music genres), having beers with friends, and spending time together. I’d say I’m a good mix of relaxed and responsible. Mijn naam is Liv (21) en ik studeer Advertising & Beyond aan de Willem de Kooning Academie. Ik hou van fotografie, graphic design en theater. Momenteel woon ik in Den Haag, maar samen met mijn goede vriendin en klasgenoot Rhiannon (19) ben ik op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam, zodat wij dichter bij onze opleiding kunnen wonen en ons daar voor langere tijd kunnen vestigen. Rhiannon komt oorspronkelijk uit Ierland en woont inmiddels al een jaar zelfstandig in Rotterdam. We zijn netjes, georganiseerd en hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.
