My name is Anna, I’m 19 years old and originally from Dortmund, Germany. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house. Hi everyone! I’m Leonardo (23), born in Ottaviano (Naples, Italy). I’m a chronically curious person who loves learning new things. I have a BSc in Computer Engineering, and I’m currently doing my MSc in Quantum Science and Engineering, where I got hooked on the quantum world, especially superconducting qubits. I tend to be very tenacious and a bit perfectionist: I like doing things properly, even if it means iterating a lot. Outside work/study, I enjoy going to the gym, I occasionally do a bit of gardening, and I’m a big fan of football and motorsport (especially Formula 1 and endurance racing). Fun fact: when I was 12 I started watching YouTube and discovered Vsauce, back when I barely understood English, and the “mental jumps” between topics felt impossible to follow. Over time I pushed through, understood more and more, and it’s still my favorite channel because it can make any random topic interesting.
