Naast mijn deeltijdstudie ga ik ook deeltijd werken. Ik heb niet veel eisen aan de kamer. Bij voorkeur zoek ik een plek met eigen keuken en/of eigen badkamer, maar ik sta open voor alles. Bij voorkeur zou ik ook vanaf juli 2026 al in de kamer gaan.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off.
