My name is Mahtab, I’m 35 years old, originally from Tehran, and I work as an architect / senior product designer. About 10 years ago I lived in Denmark for four years, then moved back to Tehran, and now I’ve recently landed in Amsterdam — so it’s been quite a journey so far 🙂 At the moment, I’m working at UNIQLO as a sales assistant while updating my portfolio and applying for positions in my professional field. Hi misschien wel toekomstige huisgenootjes, Mijn naam is Catharina, ik ben 19 jaar oud en kom uit Lunteren. Deze zomer begin ik als eerstejaars aan de bachelor Technische Bestuurskunde. Ik heb heel veel zin om te gaan studeren in Delft en al helemaal veel zin om op kamers te gaan. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met mijn Dienjaar. Ik woon en werk nu voor een jaar bij de marine aan boord van een oorlogsschip als matroos. Ik zit bij de technische dienst waarbij ik vooral lekker aan het klussen ben. Een lekkende kraan is geen probleem meer ;). Ik ben mee geweest op verschillende reizen en heb al heel wat havens aangedaan. Daar maken we de gekste dingen mee. I lived in a shared apartment for a year, so I have experience having roommates and sharing a space, but currently live alone. I like to spend a lot of time to myself so I would be very happy to have a single apartment, but am also open to living in a shared apartment to have roommates and meet new people! I'm a very social person who's easy to get along with, but do most of my socializing outside and rarely have people over, which I know can be an issue with sharing an apartment. I'm therefore not really into partying or drinking at home and prefer doing calmer, quieter things. I'm also very clean and tidy, don't smoke and like to cook. Currently, in my free time, I love watching movies, photography, video editing, crocheting, scrapbooking, and doing miscellaneous activities in the center.
