Hoi! Ik ben Danil en ik ben op zoek naar een fijne kamer in Rotterdam of omgeving. Ik werk als ZZP’er en ben rustig, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik vind het gezellig om af en toe samen iets te drinken of te praten, maar ik respecteer natuurlijk ook ieders privacy. Ik kan bewijs van inkomen en andere documenten laten zien als dat nodig is. Inschrijving op het adres is belangrijk voor mij. Ik heb ook een eigen auto, dus goede parkeermogelijkheden zijn mooi meegenomen.

Vanaf november werk ik als postdoconderzoeker aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Daarom zoek ik een rustige zelfstandige woonruimte in Utrecht en omgeving, waar ik gemiddeld drie dagen per week kan verblijven. De overige tijd ben ik in België. Ik ben een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder. Ik rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. Ik zoek vooral een prettige plek waar ik tijdens mijn werkdagen comfortabel kan verblijven en rustig kan wonen.
