Hey! I am an international student coming to Utrecht in August. I am looking for a place to stay for the duration of my course, at least one entire year. I will be moving towards the end of August and am open to viewing after the 20th. My family is my guarantor, and they will be taking care of my rent each month.

I would like to rent a room with a 4-months advance payment. I am a British Citizen and senior software engineer&architect. Just moved to The Hague for a new job in a reputational institution. I am a very cleanly, tidy and decent tenant, flat-mate and neighbour. It's only myself - no pets, no partner, no guests, no parties, no rubbish piled up in corridors, no rent delays, no drama. Just a hard-working professional, very considerate individual and decent flat-/house- mate I am currently in a hotel near Kurhaus / Scheveningen, and I would like to move in to my rented space as soon as possible.
