I am a responsible, quiet, and organized individual who is moving to the Netherlands to focus on my studies and build my academic future. I understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful living environment, and I would treat the property with great care and responsibility. Ideally, I am looking for a contract of at least 12 months, as I am planning to stay for the full academic year and possibly longer. Alongside my studies, I will also be working, which ensures that I have a stable income and can reliably meet all rental payments.
