Mijn naam is Noah. Op dit moment woon ik in Amsterdam waar ik afgelopen 20 jaar ben opgegroeid. Ik heb afgelopen jaar het eerste jaar fashion design afgerond aan het Amfi, maar zal vanaf September de bachelor Fashion Design year 1 aan ArtEZ volgen. Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een fijne woonplek voor de komende jaren. Ik ben een enthousiast, rustig en verantwoordelijk persoon die veel waarde hecht aan een nette en rustige woonomgeving. Ik ben zelfstandig, maar ik vind het ook leuk om de mensen met wie ik samenwoon beter te leren kennen. Als groot koffieliefhebber vind ik het altijd gezellig om bij een lekker kopje koffie een praatje te maken, waarbij ik ieders privacy respecteer. Naast dat ik vaak serieus bezig ben met mijn studie, probeer ik leuke musea en tentoonstellingen te bezoeken, wandelingen te maken en rond te struinen zoekende naar nieuwe ingevingen. Verder werk ik nu vier jaar in de horeca in Amsterdam. Ik ben dan ook benieuwd naar de leuke plekjes in Arnhem. Wanneer nodig kunnen mijn ouders garant staan. Ik hoop hiermee een leuke kamer en huisgenoot te vinden.

In September, I’m starting my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology, with the goal of working in the medtech field in the future. I would describe myself as a very outgoing and open-minded person. I would also like to start doing some sports and learn Dutch once I move to Eindhoven. As a housemate, I am easy-going, calm, and respectful of others. I like keeping things clean and organized, and I am not someone who creates problems. I don’t smoke, I don’t have any pets, and I enjoy spending my free time improving my cooking skills and trying out new recipes. When it comes to finances, my father will be my guarantor at the beginning. However, I am planning to find a part-time job after arriving in Eindhoven, as I would like to become more independent. I already have some work experience from working in a café for half a year. I’m really looking forward to starting this new chapter in Eindhoven, meeting new people, and becoming part of an international student community!

Hoi! Ik ben Tommy, 19 jaar en kom uit Amsterdam, waar ik woon met mijn ouders en mijn zusje van 7. Afgelopen jaar heb ik door Australië, Nieuw-Zeeland en Fiji gereisd en in Australië ook een aantal maanden gewerkt. Ik heb er veel mensen leren kennen, veel buiten geleefd en ben behoorlijk zelfstandig geworden. Het liefst was ik stiekem nog wat langer gebleven, maar nu heb ik vooral zin in een nieuw avontuur in Groningen! In september begin ik met Biologie aan de RUG en daarom zoek ik een leuke kamer én een gezellig huis. Ik ben sociaal, relaxed en sportief: ik windsurf, tennis en ben regelmatig in de sportschool. Ook hou ik van koken en gezond eten, gezellig samen eten en dingen ondernemen. Na een jaar in hostels en gedeelde huizen ben ik gewend om met anderen samen te wonen, rekening met elkaar te houden én mijn eigen zooi op te ruimen ;). Lijkt het jullie wat?
