Hi, I'm Keshini. I'm from Mauritius and I moved to Utrecht in August 2025 to pursue a BSc in Economics and Business Economics at Utrecht University. I have been living here for 7 months now, and I've been loving it since! I'm very grateful for my parents to be financially helping me with tuition fees, living expenses as well as rent so I don't need to worry about money, but I'm also working a part time job to boost my CV and gain more experience in general. I have also been very active in the student life at Utrecht University ever since I moved here. I've volunteered as a Peer Leader for the university's welcome week in August, and I'm the Chair of the Wellbeing Committee of ECU'92 at Utrecht University. I'm responsible for leading the committee and organising events and dividing the tasks among members. So far, we've organised several events such as a karaoke night, a Chess Tournament and also a Hiking activity and many more to come! I'm also really into fitness; I go to the gym at least twice a week and do yoga or pilates at home sometimes. I love reading and travelling as well, especially solo travelling. I started travelling in 2025 and I've been to 6 countries so far and I've also visited a few cities in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Maastricht and Leiden. I love doing anything that gets me out of my comfort zone.

I'm a 20-years-old responsible and organized international student from Spain currently studying a double degree in Physics and Chemistry. I will be studying my fourth year at UGR next academic year, so I'm looking for accommodation starting in July or August. I take my academic work seriously and maintain a balanced lifestyle. I'm respectful, clean, and used to living on my own space since this will be my fourth year of being independent. I'm committed to being a respectful tenant, I'm currently renting a room and have had a very positive experience so far. I have never had any problems with my landlord or housemates, as I always make an effort to communicate clearly and respectfully. I pay my rent on time every month, take good care of the property, and keep my living space clean. I am a non-smoker, and I like to train in the gym. I do not have a real income, because my parents will pay for my rent, as the double major is very time consuming.
