I have lived in The Hague since September 2025, and I’m currently looking for (temporary) housing, ideally starting from September 1st, when my rental contract ends. I am interested in renting a room or studio where I can focus on my studies. I have been accepted into a 3-year International Studies program at Leiden University. Although I currently only speak English, I am open to communicating in Dutch if preferred. I am organized, respectful of others' space, responsible, and clean. Hi! My name is Lilike, I'm 21, and although I'm originally from Germany, I grew up in the UK and Japan. For the past three years I've been living in the Netherlands, and am looking to stay longer term. I’m starting a (research) Masters in Developmental Psychology at Utrecht University in September and am looking for a room in Utrecht. I’m planning to stay for at least the duration of my studies (two years), but I want to build my career here, so I’m looking for somewhere I can really settle into. Financially, I will be working part-time alongside my studies. If a guarantor is needed, my parents are happy to sign for that. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, and am generally very clean. I have shared a kitchen and bathroom before, and also lived with a host family. From those experiences, I appreciate having the company after a long day :) Finally, I do dance classes and like to draw in my free time.
