I am a biomedical engeneering coming from Milan. I will move to Delft to work on my master's thesis! I will be there from September 2026 to th end of February 2027. I am really excited for this new experience!

I'm Inés, a 20 years old student at Leiden University (The Hague) from the North of Spain, and I'm currently looking for a place to stay for the rest of my studies and where I can call it home :) I now live in a student accommodation with other 7 students where we share a kitchen, and have also lived with other people in the past (like an ecovillage last summer, and a host family during my gap year), so I know how to both engage in community life while also respecting everyone's privacy and alone time. In my free time I love being outside 🌳 when there's good weather. When it rains (a lot here unfortunately) I also like to go to the cinema, read, cook & have nice talks with friends and roommates 🧘🏻‍♀️🌸 I'm someone very tidy, reliable, easygoing & responsible who adapts easily to new vibes! I always engage in communal tasks and I like that everyone takes care of common areas. I don't smoke & don't have pets. My parents act as guarantors for my rent, their monthly income is around 4700€, in addition to some family stocks that give us monthly revenues, so I can always pay my rent on time. I'm John. I'm a physician (Family Medicine Hospitalist). Iam currently working on contract for the Indian (Native American) Health Services on the Navajo Nation at the Dilkon Medical Center in Dilkon, Arizona. I have a wife, daughter, and two cats. We have lived in our vintage motorcoach, Escape Velocity, since 2019 and traveled the USA as a traveling (contract) healthcare worker. My daughter, Karin Citroen, is 23yo, a dual citizen (USA/NL) and college student. She has completed two years in the States, but she wants to become an animal trainer and behaviorist and one of the best programs in the world for that is at Wageningen Universiteit & Research (WUR). She was conditionally accepted to Wageningen in their Animal Sciences program; she needs to pass her VWO certificates before enrollment which are not available in the States. So I'm helping Karin relocate to Utrecht to attend Boswell-Beta (near the Utrecht Science Center) so she can get her certificates, practice her Dutch, and acclimate to Dutch life before reapplying for entrance for 2027. Karin's never lived in the Netherlands, but we have visited many times over the years to see her opa & opa, who live in Zoetermeer, and her aunt and uncle, who live in Den Hague, as well as biking across the Netherlands. My Dutch is about B2 while hers is currently A2-B1. We both speak English. I also speak German (very rusty), and a little Spanish. I plan to fly with Karin to the Netherlands and help her get situated before her first class starts. Primarily Karin will stay at the rental and I expect that I, and/or my wife Deborah (Karin's stepmother), will visit her regularly as she adjusts to life in the Netherlands. We will be financially responsible for the rental.

Hoi! Ik ben Nora, 20 jaar en op zoek naar een fijne kamer in Groningen voor het komende studiejaar. Op dit moment rond ik mijn hbo-opleiding Milieukunde in Leeuwarden af en binnenkort start ik met een premaster, gevolgd door de master Ecology and Evolution aan de RUG.
