I am an Italian working professional who has been living and working in the Netherlands for over a year, currently registered in Zaandam. My partner will be moving to the Netherlands in March, and together we are looking for a clean, comfortable home that allows registration. I am employed full-time with a gross monthly salary of €3,000. My partner is also employed in her home country and has the possibility of receiving a contract from my current employer once she arrives, as new positions will be opening early next year. We also have a guarantor who can support us during the first months if necessary. We are a calm, tidy and responsible couple. We don’t smoke, we have no pets, and we can provide proof of income and references if required. We are looking for a rental period of at least six months, but we are open to shorter stays as well.
