Therefore, we would like to register for the viewing and convince you of our suitability as tenants through this letter. We are Tesse and Iris (25 and 23 years old), and we are looking for a place to live in the Nijmegen area. This is because we would like to start a Master's program (Physical Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry) at Radboud University in September. Prior to this, we both completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, where we also met. Currently, we both still live with our parents; Tesse in Oppenhuizen and I in Harlingen. We currently have a combined net worth of approximately €30,000. We also both plan to take on a part-time job during our studies. Since we also receive student finance and potential housing allowance, we are confident that we can pay the rent every month. Additionally, both our parents will act as guarantors, should that be necessary. We are both calm and reliable people. We both do not drink, smoke, or party, so we are not noisy.
