Ik ben Xander, Ik ben 21 jaar en ik studeer Vastgoedkunde aan de Hanzehogeschool in Groningen. Naast mijn studie heb ik samen met een vriend een kleine onderneming die verrassend goed loopt. Ik heb eerder op kamers gewoond, maar ben nu op zoek naar een studio. Een eigen, rustige plek waar ik me goed kan focussen op mijn studie en werk. Sinds december 2025 ben ik afgestudeerd van mijn bachelor Biologie, en momenteel ben ik werkzoekende. Ik ben een actief lid bij mijn studievereniging Biologica, hou van creatief bezig zijn in kunstige dingen en muziek, ben gek op tweedehands kleding en andere prul shoppen. Verder ben ik nieuw in het boulderen en een amateur bakker (maar ambitieus van geest), dus zul je me regelmatig iets zien bakken en koken. In het algemeen onderneem ik dus graag activiteiten, uit of thuis, met vrienden of gewoon lekker alleen!

I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully private space is a goal of mine and it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions.

Hoi! Mijn naam is Daphne (25 jaar, vrouw) en ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek voor de lange termijn. Sinds september 2025 ben ik met mijn eerste baan gestart als onderzoekstechnicus/onderzoeker bij de microbiologie afdeling aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, echter woon ik nu nog in mijn studentenstad Wageningen wat een reistijd van (minimaal, als het OV meezit) 4 uur per dag met zich meebrengt om op mijn werk en thuis te geraken. Daarnaast zal ik in juli 2026 mijn huidige woning uitgezet worden, waardoor ik op zoek ben naar een nieuwe woning idealiter een stukje dichter bij mijn werk :). Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte en vind het belangrijk dat een woning schoon en netjes blijft. Ik heb een vast werkritme en ben doordeweeks vooral gericht op werk en ontspanning thuis. In het weekend vind ik het gezellig om af en toe iets te ondernemen met vrienden, maar thuis hecht ik vooral aan rust en ontspanning. In mijn vrije tijd lees ik graag, ben ik creatief bezig (haken, breien, af en toe schilderen, bakken en koken) en breng ik graag tijd buiten door.
