I have a strong international background, having completed study exchanges in Finland and Poland and having worked at Amnesty International in Prague. These experiences allowed me to live independently in different countries and develop a high level of responsibility, adaptability, and respect for shared living environments. As a tenant, I would describe myself as calm, reliable, and very organized. I genuinely value a clean and well-maintained home, and I always make sure to respect both the property and the people I live with. I am not a party-oriented person; instead, I prefer a peaceful and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. At the same time, I am open-minded and easy to get along with. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent.  Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation.
