Because my studies will be my main priority, I am looking for a quiet, independent space where I can focus on my academic work. In my free time, I love music and I play the piano and guitar. I am planning on bringing my guitar with me to The Netherlands, and I always make sure to practice at a respectful, neighbor-friendly volume. As a tenant, I am very responsible, clean, tidy, and respectful of property and house rules. I value a peaceful living environment and take great care of the space I live in. I am looking for a place with registration possible, as this is required for my residence in The Netherlands. Ideally, I am looking to start renting from August or September onward. To ensure financial stability, one of my parents will be supporting me by transferring money each month to help cover my rent and living expenses. In addition, I have personal savings that would allow me to cover at least eight months of rent on my own, providing an extra financial safety net. I also plan to start looking for a part-time job as soon as I have registered with the municipality. I will be arriving in The Netherlands in early August and will be available for viewings after that date. If the rental period begins before I arrive, that is absolutely not a problem, I am happy to start paying rent from the agreed start date even if I have not yet moved in.
