I’m 19 and will be studying linguistics at UvA. I’m organised, friendly, and used to shared living. I like reading, languages, and keeping my space clean. Hoping to join a relaxed and considerate home.

Mijn naam is Yindee, ik ben 20 jaar en zal per 1 september IBA studeren aan de VU. Ik ben een nette en verantwoordelijke student die op zoek is naar een fijne woonplek in Adam. Ik ben al behoorlijk zelfstandig. Thuis woon ik alleen met mijn moeder, dus betaal ik kostgeld, draag ik bij aan het huishouden en kook ik regelmatig voor ons beiden. Hierdoor ben ik gewend verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zelfstandig een huishouden te voeren. Ik ben op zoek naar een nette en rustige woonruimte in een levendige of nabij een levendige buurt. Heel graag zou ik tijdens mijn studie mij ergens willen vestigen waar ik mij thuis kan voelen en met zorg kan wonen. Wat ik verder graag in mijn vrije tijd doe is sporten, wandelen in de buurt en afspreken met vrienden. Daarnaast besteed ik veel tijd aan mijn studie. Vaak studeer ik in de bibliotheek, maar thuis vind ik het ook erg prettig.

My name is Henrik and I am looking for a new home in Rotterdam as my current rental contract is coming to an end. I am a 21-year-old master’s student in History, and have lived in Rotterdam for 3 years, meaning I am familiar with renting here. I am a responsible, respectful tenant and have taken good care of the places I lived in. Financially, I am supported by guarantors (my parents) who have a stable income, have successfully acted as guarantors for my previous apartments in Rotterdam and are ready to do so again. I can provide all relevant documents, including proof of enrolment, identification, guarantor details, income documents, and references if needed. Personally I am an organised, clean and active person, focused on my studies but also very interested in art and music. I expect to be at university during the week and enjoy time with friends in the evenings and on the weekend. My free time is usually spent outside when the weather is nice or inside making and writing music (though, when necessary, a quiet activity with headphones). I have always had good relationships with previous landlords, housemates, and neighbours. Throughout my bachelor’s studies in Rotterdam, I have moved twice, maintained clear communication with landlords, respected rental agreements, and never had any issues with payments, damage, or complaints.
