Hi! Mijn naam is Ronja, 20 jaar en gelukkig al wonende in Leiden. Drie jaar terug ben ik vanuit Nijmegen verhuist naar Leiden voor mijn studie Verpleegkunde waar ik veel stage voor loop. Ik heb toen een kamer gehuurd in een huis met drie andere studenten. Dat was voor de afgelopen jaren heel gezellig en goed te doen, maar ik merk dat ik graag mijn eigen ruimte wil en ik ondertussen klaar ben met alle rotzooi en viezigheid in de gedeelde ruimtes. Ik heb hier ondertussen mijn leven opgebouwd en zou graag een studio willen huren, en het liefst al binnenkort! Stuur mij dus gerust een berichtje :)

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
