Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik ben dan ook gewend om netjes met spullen om te gaan en pas me moeiteloos aan aan een schoonmaakrooster of gezamenlijke huisregels.Ik hoop dat dit verhaal u aanspreekt en ik maak graag kennis met u tijdens een bezichtiging. Hoi! Ik ben Liena en ik ben 18 jaar en woon momenteel nog thuis in Wageningen. Vanaf eind augustus verhuis ik naar Enschede omdat ik ga starten met de opleiding Forensisch Onderzoek aan Saxion. In mijn vrije tijd korfbal ik bij KV Wageningen, een van de grotere korfbalverenigingen van de regio. Daarnaast houd ik erg van lezen en puzzelen. Ik vind het leuk om dingen uit te pluizen en op te lossen, wat ook goed aansluit bij mijn studie die ik komend najaar ga beginnen . Hoewel ik nog niet op mezelf heb gewoond, kijk ik er juist naar uit om die stap te zetten. Ik ben zelfstandig, netjes en vind het belangrijk om rekening met elkaar te houden. Ik ben altijd wel in voor een praatje of een gezamenlijke activiteit, maar kan me ook prima vermaken met een boek of een puzzel.
