Ik kom uit Heerhugowaard (bij Alkmaar) en ben dus 19 jaar oud. Dit schooljaar was ik begonnen aan WB op de TU maar de treinen en NS waren zon ware hel dat ik er niet meer blij van werd en ben dus gestopt om 1 september opnieuw te beginnen. Hopelijk op kamers met super leuke huisgenoten en misschien zijn jullie dat wel! Ik speel al 12 jaar veldhockey, en ben altijd wel in om een rondje te (hard)lopen. Daarnaast houd ik van fotografie en van spelletjes spelen met anderen, vooral een potje Uno, SkipBo of Set verlies ik niet graag. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking.
