Looking for housing from august. Planning to study at BUas.

Hello! I'm a new PhD researcher at UT in microelectronics! I just started in May and will stay in Enschede at least until 2030. So I'm looking for a place to live with my girlfriend, who's doing her MSc at UT. I'm willing to pay some months of rent in advance to prove we can afford it.
