I'm following a BBL MBO opleiding where I work 4 days a week and have lessons 1 day a week, and I get paid pretty decently. Technical things are my jam, and I love tinkering. My current projects include an old cassette-playing boombox that I'm trying to get working again. Don't worry -- I always keep the volume to a minimum in general, or I put on headphones. At this point I'd prefer to live alone, as I've had some mixed results when it comes to roommates and would like to have the freedom to be fully myself in my safe space. However, if the roommates in question are open and kind, and we are able to make a functioning home? My name is Javi and I'm a 33 yo guy from Spain. I was born in Madrid, where I grew up and lived until I moved to Barcelona in 2016. In between, I spend one year studying abroad my Erasmus stage in Grenoble (French Alps). It was almost 2 years ago when I got a good job opportunity which made me leave Bcn and began my journey in the Netherlands (Rotterdam). I've always had a passion for sports, having practiced several over the years—from playing football in my early days to a lifelong love for skiing, and more recently/past years, getting into downhill mountain biking. This come together with a bunch of hobbies like hiking, scuba diving or motorcycling among others. Tbh, I don't find it hard to enjoy my free time! Besides sports, music is an unmissable part of my life, I´m generally down for celebration and try to take off for travelling every time I can. Regarding housing and coexistence, worth to mention that I've lived in 4 different homes (Madrid, Grenoble, and 2 in Barcelona) and with different people (family, long time girlfriend and flatmates/friends).
