Student of 2nd Year at University of Amsterdam

Geachte heer/mevrouw, Graag stel ik mijzelf kort aan u voor. Mijn naam is Claudio Fray, een rustige, nette en georganiseerde man met een stabiel inkomen. Momenteel woon ik in een huurwoning waarvan ik de hoofdhuurder ben. Ik heb de woning altijd met zorg onderhouden en hecht veel waarde aan een nette, goed verzorgde woonomgeving. De reden dat ik nu op zoek ben naar een nieuwe woning, is dat de eigenaar mijn huidige woning gaat verkopen. Daarnaast werk ik sinds kort in Amsterdam-Zuidoost als clubmanager bij Change= Health Club, waar ik met veel plezier fulltime aan de slag ben. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een woning die iets dichter bij mijn werk ligt, waardoor ik mijn reistijd kan verkorten en meer tijd overhoud voor werk en ontspanning. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik vijf à zes keer per week, geniet ik van koken, wandelen en fietsen, en heb ik een grote liefde voor planten – mijn huis is daardoor altijd groen en levendig. Ik ben iemand die rust en orde belangrijk vindt, en ik zorg ervoor dat mijn woonruimte dat ook uitstraalt. Beste verhuurder, Met veel enthousiasme reageer ik op de huurwoning in Utrecht. Tot voor kort woonde ik in Wittevrouwen, waar ik met veel plezier genoot van het stadsleven. Utrecht voelt voor mij als thuis, en deze woning sluit daar perfect op aan. Ik werk als family assistant in loondienst en volg daarnaast de deeltijdopleiding Pedagogiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht.
