Daarom zoek ik nu een woonruimte het liefst voor jaar zodat ik achter werk aankan gaan en alle rust verder kan kijken. Gedurende mijn gehele huurperiode heb ik altijd aan mijn financiële verplichtingen voldaan. Ik huur inmiddels al meer dan vijf jaar en heb in deze periode nooit een betalingsachterstand gehad. De huur wordt door mij altijd tijdig en zorgvuldig overgemaakt. Als persoon ben ik rustig en netjes. Ik hecht veel waarde aan een schoon en opgeruimd huis en ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het leuk om te koken en volg ik sinds enkele maanden regelmatig pilateslessen. Ik leef een rustige levensstijl en ben een betrouwbare en respectvolle huurder.
