Hi! I am a PhD candidate in Leiden University as well as freelance writer (which means I have double income). I am currently looking for a room or a flat for one person. Growing up in Japan, where cleaning and organizing are part of school education, I have developed a strong habit of keeping things clean and tidy. I would also be happy to contribute to household tasks and help maintain the home as a whole. When I lived in an international shared house in Japan, I was always the one who cleaned the kitchen and shared food with roommates. I am a sociable person, but not a party person. I would prefer a quiet life so that I can concentrate on my work and study. Flexible and easy-going, yet tidy and well-organized. Love hagelslag and kaas, but trying not to eat too much. Studying the Dutch language, though currently at a beginner level. No smoking, no pet, no drug, no alcohol. If my house owner or roommates are interested in Japanese food or Asian food, I am more than happy to cook for them :) I would like to know what else I could contribute to the house.
