I am searching for a room, studio, or one-bedroom apartment within approximately 30–50 minutes from the university or in a nearby city with convenient public transportation connections. I do not have a preference regarding whether the accommodation is furnished or unfurnished. However, registration is very important for me. I will be continuing into my second year of studying Human Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Amsterdam in September of this year. I’m a German and Canadian citizen, but I was originally born in Bali until I was 12. Before moving to Amsterdam last year, I lived in Berlin for 3 years, where I was studying and received my International Baccalaureate diploma. I took a year off from studying, during which I volunteered for 3 months at a yoga retreat center outside of Barcelona. After my volunteering experience, I moved back to Berlin, where I was working as a waitress and then full-time as a receptionist at a boutique hotel. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 24 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 augustus 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als Assistent Klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden.
