Dat was vast wel positief bedoeld toch? 😂 Hallo, Mijn naam is Naomie en ik ben 24 jaar oud. Ik ben heel gepassioneerd over onderwijs, mensen rechten, kunst en beta vakken en heb mijn studiekeuzes hiernaar afgestemd. Ik krijg heel vaak te horen van mensen dat ik introverted kan overkomen (een echte type A persoon 😅), maar ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een ambivert. Ik begin mijn studie aan de TU delft Civiele Techniek in september, en hoop daarbij de komende 5 jaar in delft te kunnen wonen (hopelijk wat langer zelfs) Als ik aan mijn toekomst denk, dan zie ik mezelf in een technische carrière wat te maken heeft met woonbouw. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik ervan om met mijn vrienden af te spreken, nieuwe talen te leren (een recente hobby) en veel te lezen. Je zal me vaak vinden in de bibliotheek of in mijn kamer, werkend aan mijn studie. Als een huisgenoot kan je van mij een respectvolle en verantwoordelijk manier van communicatie verwachten. Ik ben zelf heel erg georganiseerd en schoon. Als het om samenleven gaat, ben ik super verantwoordelijk en netjes. Je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over een rommelige gemeenschappelijke ruimte of de vuile vaat die zich opstapelt. Bovendien ben ik altijd in voor een goede sfeer en het creëren van een positieve leefomgeving. We zijn tenslotte grotendeels allemaal studenten, en een vieze woonruimte is geen manier om te leven als je ook nog eens diep in projecten en huiswerk zit. I am a 24-year-old Canadian law student from Toronto. I have been in Groningen since August 2025. I came to Groningen as part of my Canadian University’s partnership with RUG that allowed me to finish my Canadian Juris Doctor degree and enabled me to get an LLM at RUG. As such, currently, I have completed the Juris Doctor degree and am wrapping up my LLM in Law and Technology at the RUG. In Canada, the study of law is exclusively a graduate study. As a result, I also have an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Toronto. Initially, I planned to go back to Toronto for work after the completion of my study in Groningen. However, I have fallen in love with the city and its walkability/cyclability. As a result, I plan to stay in the city for some time and establish a legal career in Europe. Currently, I am in the process of searching for a legal job. In the meantime, I have lined up some part time work to keep up with expenses. Although surprised, my family is supportive of my decision to stay in Groningen and are willing to act as my financial safety net, if needed. Hoi allemaal, Mijn naam is Tomas, ik ben 20 jaar. Ik ben tweedejaars student Zorg, Gezondheid en Samenleving aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Dit is een interdisciplinaire opleiding waarin Geneeskunde, Diergeneeskunde en Farmacie samenkomen. Ik kom uit Zoetermeer, waar ik mijn hele leven heb gewoond. Door de dagelijkse reistijd van ongeveer anderhalf uur ben ik inmiddels echt toe aan een kamer of studio in Utrecht. Daarnaast ga ik komend studiejaar een bestuursjaar doen, waardoor ik nog vaker in Utrecht zal zijn. Momenteel werk ik in het ziekenhuis in Zoetermeer. Zodra ik een kamer in Utrecht heb gevonden, wil ik graag de overstap maken naar het UMC Utrecht. Ik ben sociaal, rustig en verantwoordelijk. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag en probeer ik een paar keer per week naar de sportschool te gaan. Hello! I'm a 22 year-old international student and I'm going to start my Master's in European Law at Utrecht University next September. Therefore, I'm looking for a room in Utrecht from end of August 2026 (until end of August 2027). I did my Bachelor's in a city far away from my parent's home and, therefore, I am already used to living by myself and also with flatmates; moreover, last year I spent one semester in Ireland thanks to Erasmus, which allowed me to live one of the best experiences of my life!
