Hello! My name is Ivo and I'm 20yo. I come from the Czech republic and am starting my study of Game Technologies at BuAS in Breda by September 2026. I am looking for a place to rent, ideally starting August 2026. My max budget is 600e per month, but I would prefer lower if possible. I speak English and Czech and I’m currently trying to learn Dutch. I don’t smoke or have any pets. I’m not loud when doing my own things, but I love to chat and I get along with pretty much anyone. I am reliable and I prefer to keep my place clean and organised. In my free time I enjoy being outside, cooking, or other creative activities like drawing or sewing. Regarding rent payment, I have money saved up, I also have financial support from my parents whose income is equivalent to around 5000eur, and I plan to get a part time job once in the Netherlands. This is to say I will have no problem with paying on time and in full.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions and open up new opportunities.

Haii! Ik ben Saar en ben 17, bijna 18 jaar. Ik ben nu eerstejaars student Pedagogische wetenschappen op het Radboud, en merk dat ik heel veel zin heb om op kamers te gaan! Dag allemaal! Ik ben Rick, 24 jaar oud, woon momenteel nog in Amersfoort maar zou erg graag een gezellig huis/fijne plek voor mezelf vinden in Utrecht! Deze zomer heb ik mijn master Spatial Planning aan de UU afgerond. Hierna vond ik het tijd om even bij te komen en heb ik een reis naar Japan gemaakt. Na een aantal maanden goed genoten te hebben is mijn leven als werkloze inmiddels ten eind.. Sinds kort ben ik namelijk begonnen als Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling en houd ik mij o.a. bezig met onderwerpen als stedenbouw en klimaatadaptatie :). Verder wil ik daar naast blijven werken als muziekproducent wat ik al een aantal jaar heb gedaan als bijbaan naast het studeren. In mijn vrije tijd maak ik dan ook graag muziek (gelukkig ook met koptelefoon ;) ), en als ik wat afwisseling zoek maar wel creatief wil zijn ben ik bezig met fotografie of lekker even aan het tekenen. Ik vind het heerlijk om (samen) te koken en ben ook regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden of loop ik een rondje hard. Ook ben ik niet vies van gezelligheid, denk aan een huisfeestje of borrel, maar ik moet zeggen dat het regelmatig uitgaan er voor mij niet (meer) zo in zit.
