I respect house rules and believe clear communication is important for a pleasant living situation. In my free time, I enjoy discovering new places, staying active, listening to music, and spending time with friends. I am easygoing, open-minded, and considerate toward others, whether living with roommates or in a more independent setting. I am looking for a room or studio for a long-term stay (approximately one year), ideally in a quiet and friendly household. I am financially reliable and ready to move in as soon as needed.

Greetings, My name is Matěj. I am a 23-year-old student who grew up in Prague, Czechia. In August, I have successfully graduated with honours from the three year bachelor programme of Economics and Business Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. From September, I am continuing my studies in the Netherlands at University van Amsterdam where I am attending Master’s in Finance.  Throughout the three years of living abroad, I have learned to take care of myself and my immediate surroundings. I am a very tidy individual, who enjoys cooking, cycling, and playing squash or tennis in my free time. I can ask my previous landlord for a recommendation letter if needed. Currently, I am looking for a place to call home for the duration of my Master’s studies. I am looking for a rental contract that starts ASAP, as I currently have nowhere to live in the Netherlands. As I am a student, I have a guarantor to take care of my rent and additional expenses.
