Hi everyone! 👋 My name is Juan, I am a 24-year-old from Spain, and I am looking for a new place to call home in Delft, Rotterdam, or The Hague starting in late August. I am about to begin a 2-year Master's program in Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft (my classes start on August 31st). I am currently already living in the Netherlands! I have been staying in Utrecht for a summer job, but my temporary lease is ending soon, so I need to relocate closer to my university. Because I am already here, I am fully available to drop by for an in-person viewing or a coffee to see if we are a good match. A bit about me: I am a very tidy, responsible, and easy-going person. I speak fluent English and consider myself very adaptable. Since I will be quite busy with my Master's degree and I also plan to work part-time alongside my studies, I appreciate a clean, organized, and relatively calm environment at home. However, I am also very sociable! I would absolutely love to share a dinner, a beer, or a nice chat in the living room after a long day, while also respecting everyone's need for privacy and quiet time. What I am looking for: -A room in a shared house or apartment (Delft, Rotterdam, or The Hague). -Registration at the municipality (BRP) is essential for me. -Move-in date: Late August (before August 31st).
