Hi! I am currently planning my stay in the Netherlands near The Hague to start my studies at Leiden University. I am an enthusiastic, resourceful young student seeking new challenges. My core strengths lie in leadership and problem-solving. I am highly practical and proactive. A healthy lifestyle is a major priority for me; I have been playing competitive handball for years. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik veel met muziek bezig. Ik hou van concerten en festivals en werk daarnaast bij de Nobel, een poppodium in Leiden. Verder hou ik van wandelen en katten. Ik vind het gezellig om af en toe samen te eten, een drankje te doen of een spelletje te doen, maar ik ben geen enorme party animal. Ik ben namelijk ook iemand die het fijn vindt om af en toe mijn eigen ding te doen en ik zoek daarom vooral een huis met een relaxte, gezellige sfeer zonder al te veel verplichtingen.

Hi, I'm Brooke! I am currently finishing up my masters degree in Economics at Radboud and am looking for a more permanent place to stay. I'm from the US originally (raised in Colorado), but would love to stay abroad. I can be social but also love to stay in, just depends on who I'm with. Some of my hobbies include reigning 2nd place champs at our international Pubquiz every Monday night (the first place team is hard to beat!), watching every reality tv show I can, reading books, baking, snowboarding, traveling etc. I am looking for a room in the Netherlands, not too picky on the exact location. My current house is very much a student accomodation, so I am looking for more of an 'adult' feel to my next house. I would love to be friends or at least friendly with my roommates, because my current house now feels like a revolving door and it gets quite lonely. As a roommate, I tend to be very clean and respectful of the shared spaces. I'm often the one taking out the trash and doing general upkeep of my place now. I'm quiet, a non-smoker, and not to sound biased but would consider myself easy to live with. My current lease ends in July, but I'd be willing to sign another lease starting in June.
