Badkamer en toilet delen zou ik mee akkoord gaan, maar het liefst heb ik wel een eigen keuken. Ik heb in mijn studententijd een periode zelfstandig en een periode met huisgenoten gewoond. Ik verzorg mijn woonruimte goed, waardoor ik door mijn medestudenten zelfs vaak huisvrouw werd genoemd. Ik ben behulpzaam en houd altijd rekening met de buren. Verder heb ik een stabiel inkomen, waardoor ik de huur betrouwbaar kan betalen. In mijn vrije tijd geniet ik van een wandeling in de natuur, het lezen van een goed boek of handwerken (van het maken van een tafel, tot het maken van eigen kleren).
