Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn naam is Jay de Boer (27). Samen met mijn partner, Rebeka Őri (23), ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een appartement in Leiden voor de lange termijn. Wij hebben inmiddels drie jaar een stabiele relatie en zijn op zoek naar een comfortabele woning voor de lange termijn waar wij samen kunnen wonen. Wij zien onszelf als verantwoordelijke huurders: netjes, rustig en niet-rokers, met veel respect voor onze woonomgeving en onze buren. Financieel zijn wij stabiel en goed in staat om aan onze huurverplichtingen te voldoen. Wij kunnen desgewenst inkomensbewijzen, referenties en een borg verstrekken, en zijn ook bereid huur vooruit te betalen. Daarnaast kunnen wij Nederlandse garantstellers aanleveren.
