Quiet, tidy, easy to live with. Background in biomedical sciences, worked in lab/clinical settings before. Looking for a room in or near Leiden , flexible on the exact start date, could move in a bit earlier than January if that works better for the landlord. Beste verhuurder, Met veel enthousiasme wil ik graag reageren op dit appartement. Ik heb zeer veel interesse en zou hier graag voor langere tijd willen wonen. Vanaf november 2026 zal ik als promovendus (PhD candidate) aan de TU Delft beginnen. Mijn bruto maandsalaris zal ongeveer €3.200 bedragen en ik ben op zoek naar een woning voor de lange termijn, bij voorkeur voor minimaal twee jaar. Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke niet-roker en ik heb geen huisdieren. Ik ga zorgvuldig met mijn woonruimte om en ben op zoek naar een fijne en stabiele plek om tijdens mijn PhD-onderzoek te wonen. Momenteel verblijf ik nog in het buitenland, maar dit vormt geen probleem voor een bezichtiging: een collega die al in Delft woont, kan de bezichtiging namens mij bijwonen. Ik kan uiteraard mijn arbeidsovereenkomst, bewijs van inkomen en andere benodigde documenten aanleveren indien gewenst. Ik zou het appartement graag zo snel mogelijk bezichtigen en hoor daarom graag of het nog beschikbaar is en wanneer een bezichtiging mogelijk zou zijn. Alvast hartelijk dank voor uw tijd. Hallo, ik ben Iris en ik ben 20 jaar. Ik zit in het derde jaar van mijn bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud Universiteit. Daarnaast volg ik daar een honours programma, waarbij ik een onderzoeksstage gedaan heb, om het voor mezelf nog extra druk te maken :). Ik werk in de horeca in de bediening, waardoor ik vaak in de weekenden in Nijmegen te vinden ben, en soms nog als studiebegeleider. Al met al heb ik het druk genoeg dat ik op zoek ben naar een warm, rustig en gezellig huis. Maar tussen al dat leren en werken door maak ik graag tijd om gezellig samen te eten of spelletjes te spelen. Ik vind het leuk om te koken en probeer zo ook eens in de zoveel tijd weer een nieuw recept die ik ergens op TikTok voorbij heb zien komen. Verder probeer ik regelmatig naar de sportschool te gaan (wat de ene keer beter lukt dan de ander). Daarnaast vind ik het gezellig om eens in de zoveel tijd bij te kletsen met vrienden van thuisthuis. Tot slot moet ik natuurlijk nog vermelden dat ik opgeruimd ben en graag dingen schoon houd.
