They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. My name is Timon Toth, I am 21 years old, and I am in my first year of studies at RUG (LLB International and European Law). I like to keep my place clean, and having already lived on my own, I am confident in behaving responsibly as a tenant.
