Waarom ik geschikt ben als huurder; Ik ben een 25-jarige man en woon inmiddels ruim 5 jaar zelfstandig in Utrecht. Mijn eerste 3,5 jaar woonde ik via Kamernet in een studio op het Utrecht Science Park. Daarna heb ik 2 jaar een appartement gehuurd met een huurcontract voor bepaalde tijd. Dit contract loopt af op 14-06-2026. Van mijn huidige verhuurder heb ik een positieve huurdersverklaring en in overleg is een eerdere overstap naar een nieuwe woning mogelijk. In september start mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Journalistiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn (5–10 jaar), zodat ik mijn werkzame en sociale leven verder kan opbouwen in en rondom Utrecht. Sociaal & hobby’s Banenzwemmen bij zwembad Krommerijn Lange afstand hardlopen (o.a. in Rijnauwen en de binnenstad), onder andere voor KWF en de Hartstichting Fotografie (minor fotojournalistiek & beeldredactie gevolgd) Koken Muziek uit de jaren 70-90 (beginnend vinylverzamelaar) De afgelopen jaren heb ik een zelfstandig en stabiel leven opgebouwd in Utrecht. In mijn huidige woning heb ik een goede band met mijn buren en ben ik sociaal betrokken in de woonomgeving. Ik vind het belangrijk om prettig te wonen en een rustige, nette leefomgeving te behouden. Indien gewenst kan een ouder garant staan met een jaarinkomen van €83.000.
